Audi A8 24C17 odometer correction - need help

Hello together,

i have an older car, an AUDI A8 D2 from 2001. for several month i must change my combi instrument (dashboard?) from my car because the older one losses the display.
with the login codes and vcds i could adapt it to my car. But the odometer is not correct now. So i read several articles in several forums.
Now i know that my dashboard has an 24C17 chip. so i must read out this chip, correct the value and write it back to the chip.

But how?
So here my questions:

- which tools can read out my 24C17 chip? (which interface i need, which program i need?)
- how can i correct my odometer?
- how can i write back the correct value?

1.EEprom programmer away.
2.Obd2 away.

Please can you explain me this two steps a little closer? Thx!

1.EEprom programmer away.
Desolder eeprom put in programmer read dump safe.Then for fix km use any programm or put dump in here ...........

2.Obd2 away.
Bay km/fix/obd2/tool which can do this work without open/desolder.

Number 2 is my favorite, but i do not understand "Bay km/fix/obd2/tool"
Please can you explain me these words? thanks a lot...

km/fix/obd2/tool=Dash programmer which work obd2 away.
And if you nothing anderstand,maybe this job not for you?

ok, which Dash progammer can me change the odometer? thats it i am searching for. Which tool can me change the odometer without unsolder the chip.
I dont want to unsolder the chip, because this combi instrument that i have now in my car is in best condition. This was a right stroke of luck to get this one.

I unterstand a lot, but i dont understand encrypted message or sweds because my english is not so good.
