MAZDA MPV 2004 IMMO OFF HELP

Hi, all. Please help, i am struggling with a mazda MPV 2004 model, lost all keys. has seperate immo box on which i failed programming on using several tools. had tried using mazda immo off emulator but cannot seem to get the right configurations from the manual. here i need anything that can help start the car, either immo off or the right way to connect the emulator jumpers. Below i attach the origional ECU file from a S24C02, Immo cannot be read.
