Hi, I have in my garage a Saab 9-3 with keys not accepted due to flat battery. IIīm thinkin in buy tech2 (china) for reprogram keys, but I donīt know much about Saab. Do I need more tools or anything special to do this work?

Very important WHAT YEAR? Twice or Cim ? Tech2 will not help you without Saab card adapter and dealer subscription.

Dose the steering lock engage and disengage when you insert and remove the key from the ignition? Can you turn the ignition on? does the car crank is there any error display on the dash.

if you do not have original tech 2 then remove CIM eeprom 93lc66 for Immo data and adding new keys.
