Fiat Panda problem with power steering

Hey members , i have Fiat Panda 2004 engine code 169A4000 and my steering power turn hard . I read diagnosis and the faults are C1003 ( vehihle speed ) & C1004 ( alternator ) . Is this problem from electric motor or torque sesnor ?

Well, you have the codes. Why didn't you check these two things? First of all check the charging system

The problem is ECU of EPS, change PowerStering ECU or EPS group.

I wouldn't be so sure, if the problem is in power steering... Check alternator charging voltage, if there is no charging voltage, only battery voltage when car is started (+-12V), then power steering won't work :)
