EDC17C64 IMMO OFF

Hi, I have this ECU and cannot get IMMO OFF with no error in dash.
Someone can help?
Attached file is flash immo off. eeprom original. Car is running with it but safe in dash.

This ECU is used in Golf 7, Octavia, CC 2.0 TDI 150/184hp
SW: 04L 906 016 DN HW: 04L 907 309 K

flash immooff - dash safe, car start, 2x P1570 5523 8734, 1dtc cannot delete, 1dtc after start
flash immooff, eeprom immo off - no safe, car not start 1x P1570 5523, dtc comes after start
flash tprot 0, immooff, eeprom immo off - no safe, car not start 1x P1570 5523, dtc comes after start
flash original, eeprom immo off - no safe, car not start 2x P1570 5523 8734

eeprom immo off means the immooff17 tool.

when i change only flash, is it maybe a problem with powerclass? I don't know powerclass of ecu. ccm has powerclass FE. i think they are different.

At first - ECU is from other family immo - system WFS5+
CCM is from family WFS4 it is OTHER , no option mariage... no sense is think about power class , if have in one CANBUS this both module ... these are two separate completely different worlds WFS4 and WFS5

thanks for your thoughts. ECU is IMMO V and CCM very sure is IMMO IV because old ECU was IMMO IV.

But I know there are cars with this IMMO V ECU and married CCM around. Best example is VW CC 2015-2017 which already have CUVC/CUWA 150/184hp engines in and they also have CCM like in Passat B7 2011.
So maybe I should put in a newer used CCM + new ELV and try to marry that to the ECU? looks like newest version CCM with 433mhz is 3AA959433F. Currently in the car is 3AA 959 433 no letter with software version 0631

I see CCM is "G" version which is very very new. Most likely G version is for immo5, and F version (which I have) and older is immo4.
