you have only two chance
First you must reprogram NXP inside ( if it not locked )
you must change NXP inside ( if it locked ), after that you must REPROGRAM IT with jlink

there is a trick for reprogram without change ( if locked ) but i think the risk to burn a pcb is more than change it
