@ ecuworks: Do not you get there, others have already tried, light bulb flashes on all mods. More power does not have to be, just decode DPF + EGR.

Disconnect two temperature sensors and differential presure sensors.

This is solution for your problem

Car starts, light bulb is off, from 3000u / min, the light bulb goes on and flashes. error code: P0235: F1 Boost pressure control Control limit undershot Upper limit exceeded Lamp ON.

DPF is removed and a downpipe with temperature sensor and differential pressure pipes installed. Turbo hose was broken, so the bulb came, I changed, now all right.
