Mercedes W203 C220 CDI EDC16 - EGR off please

Hello all I have 2004 Mercedes Benz C220 CDI DPF Model, Could anyone please help me turn off EGR Function ?
Keeps throwing 2355-002 DTC insufficient EGR flow would like to turn off EGR completely but keep DPF on is that possible ?

If you remove only EGR, the DPF will become clogged in time. Therefore, both systems are removed

Most likely you have to remove dpf fiscally, and then delete dpf and egr from ecu.

Thank you both, so to remove DPF & EGR function i should drill out the DPF filter core of course but then should i remove any of its supporting hardware or can the sensors stay ?

Remove the DPF itself, leave all the surrounding hardware. They won’t be active after deleting them from ECU.
