I assume you mean EIS. Can neither mcu be read?

Then this is just one of the problems you face. New dumps won't be of much use to you, even assuming the EIS is still good. You may as well buy a good EIS and match it's data with the ESM and ECU. That will have to be done, in any case, short of buying a matching set of modules.
