Saab 1.9tid 16v Flap off

Hi

If possible i would like to get the flaps mapped off.
I do get the P1109-62 error now.
Swirl actuator linkage bar is not connected to the swirl flap.

Saab 9-3 2005 1.9tid
Engine type: Z19DTH 150bhp 16V
