I am looking for someone who can help me to decode PCR 2.1

Original ECU is Burn. i got CS/PIN/MAC from dashboard.

I don't have license from AVDI, to get Pin/cs/Mac from new ecu.

Does someone can do it for me, if i send ECU? I can pay for it.
