Toyota Avensis 2005 2.0d-cat DPF + EGR OFF please

Hi everyone!

Have problem with DPF + EGR off solution for 2005.y. Toyota Avensis.
In attach is ori and file which i bought from file service (he can't offer any other solution). EGR off in that file is working correct but DPF off no - car gets limp mode.
Can someone please make good DPF + EGR off and if possible make CS for that file also?
