Polo 2012 Immo faulty

I have here a VW Polo (2012) with immobilizer problems. The cluster has ref. 6R0920961E and has a 24c64 inside.
I read it witnh UPA. Could someone tell me if the file is correct or is corrupt?

Although the immo data itself is stored encrypted, it looks very fine to me.
