please help I buy this car with out cluster I put a used one I don't c the miles on it what I have to do this is what I read in eeprom 93c86 inside the cluster thanks

Yes it is, and 2014 it may be a Global A vehicle that includes a security protocol in the cluster. Very difficult to swap used modules in the Global A architecture, OEM says NEW only.
