need AT91SAMS7S256.bin ( of firmware 8.21)
and xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.lib (of firmware 8.21)

or more new firmware ....

You'll need Lib too.

and a tool to flash it with or something like that , i use j-link for it

do u have the connections ect..... to do it if not search forum there is a lot of info for this
