Porche 911 996 lost original M534 file and need immo fix

Hello all. Could anyone help me out with an immobiliser problem I have with a 1997 996
I fit new M534 and lost the file from the old one.
I have brand new M534 996.618.260.06 and original Engine ECU
I have tried a file from another M534 so I get pin code and can program transponder and remote but I can not match to engine.
Does anyone know solution to find immo code in engine
