I deleted the DTC P145D

When I try to write a file with dtc off (03G906018CT.Bin.dtcoff) it writes an error message. Then I have to write orig file, after this can car start.
Could you tell me if is this attachen file wrong?

What tool you are using to write/read this ecu? Maybe the file name "03G906018CT.Bin.dtcoff" is bad, you can try my file, i removed those double point bin extensions...
