Hi,car have fault on instrument cluster "No engine start in xxx km",i reset adblue system,but reset won't lock,tryed few adblue solutions,but fault come back after ignition on-off,can someone help?

Unpluged adblue tank 3 connectors and 2 connectors in boot of heater module,these dtc turned off,adblue still counts left km and when engine start is disabled,please,any solution will be apreciated?
