Please help me KIA SEDONA 2.9 diesel P1611 Transponder

hello I have a kia sedona here it has been chip tuned but I need a fault code deleted from the ecu... sometimes the vehicle wont start because transponder problem I think but normally it starts fine with no issues, the problem is when going down the road it will start beeping at you saying STOP and this is the fault code that is left remaining

P1611 IMMOBILISER TRANSPONDER MALFUNCTION is anyone able to fully delete this fault code from the ecu and get rid of EGR codes too?
