No go, no crash data now but now have "internal failure of SRS unit" DTC 53-32, any ideas?

Had same error when I used Ultraprog, assumed it was bad file.

Update, have no crash data but have 3 DTC's stored :
46-11 Permanent DTC No signal from the right side impact sensor (second)
44-30 Permanent internal failure of the right side impact sensor (first)
43-30 Permanent internal failure of the left side impact sensor (first)

sensors have been changed but errors wont erase, can they be removed from ecu? of does anyone have a virgin file for this ecu?
pulling my hair out now!!
