here is old ecu

Old ecu has an error, which show that ecu is physical damaged (water temp on max., fuel pump not starting, car doesn't start...)

When cloning the ecu, the error is also present on the new ecu - car also not starting
I cloned many same ecu, so I know how to do.

I guess immo off on new ecu is only solution

Not only off.
Put cas and donor ecu eeprom for isn exchange.

here is your DDE eeprom dump corrected, you need to pair/synchronisation Cas with DDE...
