Thank you all for the help. I'm not sure why I cannot modify anything on this chip even if I connect pin7(WP) to the ground according to his datasheet. I tested my EZP on other chips like 24c02 and other everything works fine.

Can anyone help me with this problem? I'm trying to program the reset bin on this 24c32 and the programmer gave me verification error. If I leave the radio connected to the battery after one hour shows ERROR 3 on the display. Here is the error log:

Use new eeprom. Maybe it is damaged and you can not write to it.

Found the problem if anyone can't write 24c32 eeprom just put +5 volt to pin 8, GND to pin 4 from external source like usb phone charger and connect pin 5+6 (SDA/SKL - RX-TX) to the programmer.
As I found over the internet the china programmers or some of usb port can't provide enough power to write information on this type of eeprom.

Now everything works fine with the radio thank you at all.
