This ECU is probably after chiptuning.You can try adjusting the iq with vcds rather than modifing the start map from this dump as it is pretty hard to find it..

i cant open your file in OLS. Something is wrong. Perhaps bad chip reading or chiptuning inside is protected. I made a hotstart fix for the orig file. Try and if the orig file is low power, we'll do stage 1.

I will test it. But what chip is LLL and which is HHH ? How to recognize them ?

The chip mounted in that rare socket sure spits a crypted dump. Need to decode before merging both. My guess....

How it is possible to encrypt ECU dump ? I never seen that kind of protection on newer ECUs. These old ECUs are strange.

There are two flash in this ecu.
Each one is worth nothing. But when You join two 8bit files together, they create the right file.

To make your work easier, I did mod + hot start from the ori file.
First, you must remove the PLCC32 base with the soldered ATF16F8B.
Then program 2x flash and mount in ecu. Ready.
