hi sorry just getting back to you I did try to clear via obd it did not work tried file it did not work ,far as I know customer put new module from dealer in and fixed problem, I have a module now same part number that I just took out of a different customers van ,it says on back its out of a 2017 caravan but there are a load of fault codes in module, asked customer he says it was taken out of van with no bags off ,tried to clear codes via obd none will clear out . checked to see if that part number crosses back to 14 model it does. not sure why those codes wont clear. anytime I normally have a dodge I just clear codes via obd and its done. not sure whats going on with this module ,I may try file in this one ,if I do I will report back results,thanks

Dragon100 Want to confirm that I just put this file on a different module that I had at least 10-12 airbag codes that would not clear via obd and installed with only two seat belt pretension codes replaced both pretensioners and all good . So this is a perfect file . Thanks again . Still stumped though why it just wouldn’t clear via obd .most other dodges do no problem . But end result it’s fixed and that’s all matters .
