I noticed a couple of my movie channels had no volume, just as my virgin connection had been cut off. I have re-scanned my box and lost some channels, i then retried and found every time i tried to install my box i lose channels, i have next to nothing left! Do i have to wait untill my Virgin is up and running before i rescan?

My Virgin has limited services until i pay my bill. Still have standard chanels BBC, ITV ect.. But i thought it decodes anyway?

Also heard about Leeds, any news when Edinburgh will be effected?

i was only asking if virgin had to be up and running because last time my services were cut, i still had all my chanels.

i find it funny it decodes everything when i am on the standard package but when my services are cut (still have some chanels) it cannot decode anything. :viking:
