BMW service history from CIC/NBT

I had three customers with BMW F series this month asking for mileage correction with service history modyfication from CIC/NBT. As far as I know BMW Explorer can do this trick but is there any other option to do this job?
Maybe there is a option to disable by coding service history at all from CIC/NBT so it does not show on the list?

BMW Explorer dont do it.
Use Tool32 or HU-servicemanager.
This second one not working on most Business Units but professionals do it well.
