i need immo off Freelander or clone ECU

I have a Land Rover Freelander 2.0 year 2004.
ECU
-Bosch number 0 281 010 811
-BMW number DDE NNN 000 150 7 791 483 A00 63
The unit of the car was burned and I want to change another unit
How I can make inmo off in this ECU? or how can I clone ECU? inside are 5p08 eeprom and 29F400. I need change both or only 5p08? I don?
