depends on the model of teh car
if it is rectangle model then you need 4 special unlock keys (simply inset them to each of the holes on the corner of the radio .

if it is a part of the whole dashe trim then all you need is 2 screwdrivers and use them to lift the whole trim ' be carfule not to break
