Hey.

Got Hyundai IX55 3.0 CRDI EDC16CP34 with 0 key programmed. Tried adapt abrites but ony get fail.
Anyone can tell me pincode. Car hawe 0 lerned keys in immo but in smart key hawe 2.
Car was stand with no battery 2 years. Also in key was no battery.

Last observation:

If no key in car or in ingnition fob i cant turn ignition fob to ignition position. So key are programmed. If i disconect ECU IMMO lamp going off wten i turn ignition on. When ECU is conected immo lamp is on all time even i wana start car and engine was running on starter motor (in others hyundais when sratre is running immo indicator going off).

well i got pincode but when i try to adapt key the procedure is ending byself. Tried OBDstar abrites vscan. no succes

keys are stored in engine unit, possible make imo off

Can u help me? In live data in ecu are 0 keys stored, but in keyless are 2. In ecu also parameter SMARTRA status falied.

Car not start but immo light on dasch going off after 3 sec when ignition on. Pressure of fuel are 0 bar on starter. This engine was repaired by some company. Injectors was checked also fuel pump. Engine was disasembly apart. Before Immo light was on all time.

Fault: P1610 Non-immoniliser-EMS Connected to an Immobiliser

If u sure that immo off good solution i will search another problem.

Yes, disconnect immo smartra. You have fault description in DTC written. Now the dump is without immo, but the immo is connected. The system see it and lock.

Yeach i need search it. I even dont know how it looks. When i pull out fuse of smart key i cant turn key in lock to ignition.

The SMARTRA carries out communication with the built-in transponder of the ignition key. This wireless communication runs on RF (Radio frequency of 125 kHz). The SMARTRA is mounted at the ignition lock close to the antenna coil for RF transmission and receiving. The RF signal from the transponder received by the antenna coil is converted into messages for serial communication by the SMARTRA device. And the received messages from the ECM are converted into an RF signal, which is transmitted to the transponder by the antenna. The SMARTRA does not carry out the validity check of transponder or the calculation of encryption algorithm. This device is only an advanced interface, which converts the RF data flow of the transponder into serial communication to ECM and vice versa.

I disconnect smartra unit and get same as before.

Pincode is in the smart key unit, read 9s12 eprom and post the dump, with the pin code you can neutralize the ecu and program the key

Hello

Try using the pin code to reprogram the keys in the smarta controller (NEW pin code required, old generators code will not work) If you fail, you should check the connection between the smart controller and the engine controller. If they are okay, the smart unit needs to be replaced and try again to program all keys. If you need help with pin code or wiring diagram, write PM! The engine controller immo off is very complicated.

Thanks bonifanc i got pincode from service im sure is good. I already tried to adapt key but no succes. Procedure is ending off connection between ecu and smart key unit is good becuse i disconnect unit and get fault in ecu. I think ecu is faulty (dumps) or is from other car.

I opened the smartkey unit. Motorola 1L15Y 512kb MC9S12XDP512CAL Any idea hor read it? I think is secured. R270 orange xprog upa?

When wana do procedure to adapt keys or something its stops and get message: Engine STOP (OBD STAR)

IM back to buisnes with this car. Hawe GDS - with good software (programming) In ecu show 0 keys VIN : UUUUUUUUUUUUUUU think is corrupted cannot flash by GDS or match keys - get error when i try - smart unit working ok - can adapt keys etc.

Any idea?

Have you solved the problem? It's the same with me. Hyundai ix55 2012 It was showing me 0 keys. I added one in the smart key. The immo light is still on when the ignition is turned on. Starter spins, engine does not start.
