hi all, i have done 2 hondas recently. 3 button HON66 remote
an accord 2009
and a CRV 2006
both the 3rd button did not work the BOOT on accord, and rear WINDOW on CRV
the accord guy told me he had a key done before, and that the rear boot needed seperate program from the locksmith guy, has anyone have any info on this?
i am manually doing remote with igniton key in, press button, 4 times etc. LOCK and UNLOCK works fine.
My keys are fine, because i also tried other remotes, and made one on VVDI keytool, same problem.
any help?!

actual OEM, because last time i had the trunk release problem with ACCORD 09 with china remote, i needed to know if remote was issue.
Yes after holding down for 2 seconds, light blips and frequency is outputted.
i did find some info about holding trunk button down for 10 seconds to configure to tailgate but it didnt say at what stage to do this, ever. it was very sketchy. not sure if i have just had 2 bad experiences. maybe ill stick to telling customer i only do 2 button ones

yea thats weird as hell then
never run into this problem with even the china keys ive used
ive had the trunk button be the panic button and the panic button opens the trunk
but never had a button just not work if it was putting out signal

i have the same problem did you figured out?
2009 Accord Tourer (https://parkers-images.bauersecure.com/pagefiles/201474/cut-out/600x400/tourer08.jpg) EU modell 3 button factory remote (https://ae01.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1uOz6QVXXXXXTapXXq6xXFXXX3/DAKATU-3-Buttons-Flip-Folding-Remote-Key-For-Honda-Accord-CRV-SPIRIOR-With-ID46-Chip-433Mhz.jpg) (not oem): immo ok (7936 separete) after manual learning the remote lock-unlock ok
The boot button working fine accordingly all of my testers but no reaction from the car
The owner key is working fine with the following way: unlock-unlock-boot, after that the motorized rear door is opening. Closing (motorized too) just one press on boot button.
No long press nor short press only this way.
i'm really curious

solved
The Accord Tourer with fully motorized (the whole door opening and closing not just the lock) tailgate using differnt keys.
The Accord Sedan and the Tourer with normal (non-motorized) tailgate using: 35113TL4G00
The Tourer with motorized tailgate: 35113TL4E00
Both are original genuinie Honda part numbers

Hi!
I have same problem, got to conclusion there must be different part number remote for motorized and non motorized trunk, then just found confirmation of this thanks to this thread, but... Where too look for that part number 35113TL4E00? Its not written anywhere on remote and I am looking for second hand remotes.
I cant see any other part numbers than those on photos attached:
