Range rover Evoque 2017 non start

Hello guys,

I have here a Range rover evoque 2017
With fault code B1009: 63-2F Ignition Authorisation in bcm stored
I can not delete this fault .

No lights on dash no iggnition
I checked all fuses all ok
Battery also 100%

What can this be ?

Remove the battery install it then try again
