I don't think it can program keys.
I've read pin on C5 2006..

Go to website and download software update utility, then you can update your tool

Are you giving it 10 seconds between key on and key off ????
Also take key out of ignition and wait 10 seconds ?.

hi friend i finally got the pin code and it s working for reading i let the door open and for me works take 5 min for reading
need to confirm the pincode with diagbox to be sure the reading it s good thanx

Looks like you have sussed it out great stuff.
When it says ignition on of etc when off remove key and wait 10 secs before ignition on i have found this to be true with other tools aswell .

I have one of these, the F108+ version. rarely use it now, but when i did use it, it worked well for pin reading. even the older k-line c3 etc. only car ive never been able to read with this is the peugeot 407.
programming was more hit and miss. i used to read pin with this, then program with skp900

i always get problems with 407's with MVP pro lonsdor all of it, never can read pin

it seems some of the BSI were a mix of Kline and CAN technology or something, weird!!

407 and C5 2004-2005 problem reading Yes.
Need to get PIN from dealer.
Or read on the bench.
