2005 Lexus RX400h Lost Master Key - No Transponder Engine Immobilised

Gents,
On my master key the transponder thing in my key fob fell out and it is lost. I can get into the car unlocking the doors using the key itself but am unable to start it as the engine immobiliser kicks in. I have another spare key but it does not have the transponder inside as it seems that must have fallen out with one of the previous owners.

What are my options?
