ECU synchronization

Hello friends
I have not been to the forum for a long time Sad I want to ask you if there is an ECU synchronization program.I often fall on cars with a dead battery and then the link between ECU and immobilizer is lost.I have a lot of appliances but that's a weakness. I have a tango programmer, Zed-Full, FVDI, orange 5 and others in simple programs. Thank you

Not all cars have the same way to synchronized....
