All files come from unlocked COO7.
K-Tag programmer (v. 6.070) for MPC5554 (plugin 246) and any for AT25256.
In the set a description of how to connect a K-Tag from a COO7 pcb.
Changing balls under MPC is a different procedure,
you need station for removing and assembly of BGA, stencil, balls, good flux and also manual skills,
good luck.

No conjunto, uma descrição de como conectar um K-Tag de um PCB COO7.
Trocar bolas sob MPC é um procedimento diferente,
precisa de estação para retirada e montagem de BGA, estêncil, bolas, bom fluxo e também habilidade manual,
boa sorte.
