PSA DiagBox 8.01 access to the vehicle interface impossible

hi friends
diagbox 8.01 stopped working on my PC when i try to connect to car i got error message
access to the vehicle interface impossible validate to try again
i checked interface using PSA interface checker on the same PC and it is ok
i uninstall software and driver and reinstall same error message
i can used the interface on other laptop with version 7.57 without any problem


any idea how to solve this issue

it look like the diagBox program is block the interface
i flashed the interface with lower version firmware ( 4.2.4 ) when diagbox start it re update the firmware to V 4.3.2
this mean that the driver is ok and the diagbox can actually see interface but it blocked connection after start
