Just to make sure part number of airbag unit is exactly the same ?

becuase with using crash clearing software programs many times makes mistakes.

to avoid these errors is probably easier just to write virgin dump ?

It's possible, but not actually easier because you need to code virgin ECU to the car. That's potentially a lot of additional and expensive equipment to achive the same result. You still need to write that virgin file, so might as well write a cleared file and be done with it
