saab 93 cim key data

i have a dump from a saab 93 cim module to which i need to add virgin keys to . i have hitag v3 . when i read dump i get the following key data

key 1 : A1 6B 80 25
key 2 : 16 6E 80 25

my question is how or what data do i change on the virgin key to match the above keys . i have already tried adding new key data to the cim and it will
allow the key to turn but the car wont start as the ecm does not recognise new key data . i need to clone existing key data into new keys i think

yes i know tech2 is used etc which i have but this car is not local to me and im trying to do this by post

So your virgin key is not lock (it needs to be lock). Keydata and checksum to the dump ? ... anybody..
