Reading/writing EDC16C31 Volvo

Hello,

I need to R/W EDC16C31 from Volvo with FGTech EU. Can anyone confirm this is working OK? My engine is 2.4D, but FGTech lists only 2.5 engine with this ECU?

Also, which pinout is correct? FGTech:

I use the second one with IOTerminal... with Can/bus...

I don't have I/O Terminal, so I am only interested in solution with k-line using FGTech.

it works!! both. 1 2 3 ar positive ,2 4 6 are ground. for bench u can use just one + and one gnd. and ignition. so 1st picture will be more easy

If I leave everything in car and just run a wire from pin 43 to obd pin 7, should also work, right?
