mercedes w220 old ezs problem

hi to all, i have old mercedes w220 ezs with big key
the key dont turn,
i try to read two motorola
one have info but onother is empty
i have donor ezs with same motorola mask, 1d69j. on bench it work.
is any way to generate new eeprom file for one of motorola?
or is any other solution?
in pic marked motorola is dead
i add readed motorola eeprom

You're gonna have to write a new key, whether you reuse this EIS or a cloned unit. :)

Yup, you can and ought to use a NEC key. The chip numbering is still the way you posted it.
