M3 2012 - Remove CEL with Cat-less Exhaust

Hi, I have a friend with M3 2012 that installed cat-less exhaust.
Now he gets a "increased emissions" code that he wants removed.
How to remove this code? Is there a stock flash with no post-cat O2 sensors like there is for E46?

If this is E serie you can read over obd msd ecu. if its f serie you can read it only if its original tool.
Titanium cant eliminate this

Is there a free software I can use to help me with this? I'm assuming it's too complicated to do manual hex-editing.
