Peugeot 3008 BSI Help!

Hi Mates!

I need change kms of this BSI, It´s a 128H eeprom. 256.000 aprox to 65.100 kms with Historic erased.

I can´t calculate it, my programmer read 9999999....

Can anybody help me?
