2011 GWM Steed dash

Howzit need advice on this 2011 GWM steed see image attached - need to program dash would it be 93c66 inside and would digiprog 3 work on these cluster

opened up found a 93c66 chip read with upa usb mileage is 307 156km need 170 700km much appreciated
