I need help with some information
I programmed daily key. In process of removing and soldering back eeprom. I knocked off few SMD components held up in jig. I don’t know what they were resistors, capacitor, diode or else. I replaced off the shelf SMD component with matching color etc.
No start, cant communicate to BSI by OBD either. so I need to change BSI with second hand one.

Vehicle details, Iveco Daily 2010
BSI Magnet Marelli 503440080122
MCU NEC 70F3238M2GJA
Eeprom ST 9532W 95320

I think systems identify each other with VIN,
My question is will it be ok to just swap 8 pin eeprom (TSSOP-8)
Or I will have to swap MCU file as well.
Many suggestion, much appreciated

The eprom and processor is paired, so change together.

Thanks for you advice Sir!
it will be very hard to switch MCU as so many legs. it ok if i read dump and replace dump in new MCU and replace eerpom file in eeprom chip ?
