MB W204 Cluster doesn not have time adjustment/setting option!

I exchanged a W204's faulty instrument cluster with a second hand one. It shows time but has no time setting option on cluster. How can we add this setting or how can we adjust time?

You have to change coding in the cluster or adjust time in COMAND and cluster will take it over....
