GQ-4X and ATMEL 27c1024 PLCC 44

Hello, guys. Does Anyone know how to read 27c1024 with GQ-4x and 16 bit adapter?
I Can read a 128kb file and I think it's an incorrect size. It Should be 1MB.
Do you have any advice for me?

128kb is correct size.

27c128 = 16 kb
27c256 = 32 kb
27c512 = 64 kb
27c1024 = 128 kb
