Ford Fiesta 2006 P1259 no start cluster/ECU sync

I have an issue with a Ford fiesta i have got,

From looking on here i need to get immo data out of ECU chip 95160 i think

Also i need to get data from the dash,

which chip do i need to remove from the dash please?

Pictures etc would be a great help and i can extract the data asap

Hmm i dont have access to Xprog, is there any other way i cannot see the chip listed on that thread

Sorry my mistake the image i seen was the actual adapter for the MCU, i guess its either Xprog then, unless i can get this ford OBD tool to work and use it to read the cluster via the OBD port, as i assume that will give the same data?

i have managed to read the cluster eeprom now and ECU information,
