Immo off help for Audi A4 8D0907557C 24c02

Hello.
I have an Audi A4 from 1996 with a 8D0907557C ecu.
I read the 24c02 and modified:
Address: 53 value from 00 to 60
Address: 65 value from 00 to 60
Address: 67 value from FF to 60
Address: 8B value from FF to 60
I did not disconnect the immo box.
The car started. After a few minutes I turned it off and would not start again.
I read the 24c02 and it was changed. I wrote back the modified 24c02 like the first time, and disconnected the immo box. The car does not start.
Every time I try and start the car the eeprom gets changed.
Maybe the way I modified the file was not correct and the car recognized the key by coincidence the first try when it started. It did start intermittently before.
I am attaching the original read and the latest read after start attempt.
Does anyone have an idea or suggestion?

I can confirm that kiszka's file is good. The car started. I did not reconnect the immobox after the car started because I was afraid :)

@kiszka - I don't think @brend was talking about your file, I think he was referring to my first attempt. Your file is password protected and he could't have been able to see your solution.

@brend - Thank you for the file but the car left so I can not test it. I will give thanks and reputation because you took the time to help me.
