Saab 9 3. Aero need help

Hello

I have saab 2004 aero 2.0turbo I have steringlock message and cant turn ignition On
sterringlock is not from this car i read 24c04 and found tha VIN is not same as CIM .
Is there virgin file for this Valeo lock 24c04 it look like renault but not . I try all FF FF nothing hapens .
Keys are ok i have tech2 saab and new mdi saab doesnt comm with car but x431 communicate and delphi too

Need virgin valeo 24co4 stering lock for saab 9 3 aero 2004
Any saab experts here please help me. Im going mad with this car
Dont know what is problem mates beed info what to do ? ???

I dont have cars ori lock that is why i'm asking can somebody make virgin this used lock. Car dont have original lock.


And. Tech2 saab card dont comunicate it says wrong car or communication problem. Other tools work ok x431 etc.
