HI Everyone
1)I have a Porsche Cayenne all keys lost, I managed to read the D-Flash with VVDI-Prog
2)I opened file in VVDI2 and made dealer key OK
3)I have installed the BCM back in car and tried to "wakeupo the car" but no success also no OBD comms with BCM
4)I have tried to write new file back with VVDI-Prog but so success
5)Now I cant read the D Flash anymore and the BCM seems dead.
I am sure VVDI-Prog did damage the 5M48H flash.
Anyone have a solution to get this vehicle sorted.

Vehicle is running again ;-)
Friendly warning NEVER EVER USE VVDI-PROG to read Porsche BCM.

hexprog fixes this but you maybe have to use other files if you have wiped data from bcm ....

Maybe with CG-Prog 9s12 works.

I wish I'd found this post earlier. Tried to do 2013 Cayenne today, AKL. I didn't know it's bad idea to use VVDI Prog on 5M48H. So, connected wires, tried to read - VVDI tries to crack, goes all the way to 100%, then shows "Can't crack, check connections bla-bla-bla". I tried to read both D-Flash and P-Flash few times - same results. Connections were correct 100%. I only used 5M48H-BACKUP function, nothing else.
Then I switched to Autel im508. Connected wires, tried to read D-Flash - success on first try, all data correct (checked file). Tried to read P-Flash - it looked coming ok, reading took couple of minutes, but result - all FF. Tried couple more times - same, all FF. Tried to read D-Flash - all data in D-Flash still OK.
What can be done at this point to recover P-Flash?

Update: solved, details in Locksmith section.
